Navigating the Release Library

The Release Library provides information on all the releases in the system. You can access it by going to Library > Releases in the application. 

At the top of the page, you can see details about the current live release. The full list of releases in the system will be shown in the table further down the page.

The table shows the following information:

  • Release name
  • Date and time the release was created
  • Number of layout variations in the release
  • Release status (Draft, Locked, or Live)
  • Flows to which the release is assigned

Release details page

To see more information about a particular release, go to its details page by clicking on its name in the left column of the table. 

The release details page shows a full list of:

  • layout variations included in the release
  • flows the release is assigned to 

mceclip1.pngIf you add new fields and/or table columns to a layout that is part of a release, a warning message appears on the release details page and provides you with steps that you need to follow.

The Layouts section of the release details page shows the following information:

  • Layout name
  • Layout type (Structured, Semi-structured, or Additional)
  • Version name
  • Date and time the layout was last committed, if ever 
  • Field customizations, if any

You can also perform several actions from the release details page, depending on the state of the release.

  • Copy to New Release
    • Releases in any state may be duplicated clicking Copy to New Release to the right of the release name.
  • Download Fields
    • To download a CSV of all field metadata across all included versions of layout variations in a release, click Actions, and then click Download Fields. Downloading fields can be useful for auditing the consistency of field names, output names, and data types across the fields in a release before creating entries in the Field Dictionary.

  • Assign to Flow 
  • Archive
    • Archiving is possible if the release is not assigned to a flow.
  • Download Release
  • Train a Classification Model
    • To train a Classification model, click Actions, and then click Train a Classification Model

Live

  • Assign to Flow
  • Download Release
  • Train a Classification Model
